our recent stay at premiere classe in bellerive-sur-allier was fantastic. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed exploring the beautiful town just a short walk away. exceeded our expectations!

The room was very claustrophobic. There was only a very small and hard stool to sit on which made working at the desk very uncomfortable. The breakfast was nothing but cheap carbohydrate and expensive at 4.50 euro.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vichy and I got great value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the beautiful town.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe some French bread would have been nice.

I recently stayed at the Premiere Classe Vichy and had a great experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful town center of Vichy. The car park felt secure, and I had a good start to the day with the standard Premiere Classe breakfast. a easily accessible and good value stopover while traveling.

Incredible English-speaking staff who made us feel at home and provided excellent directions into town. The clean and comfortable room with a flat-screen TV was a pleasant surprise. Free parking and easy access for wheelchairs were great. We enjoyed a delicious takeaway dinner from a nearby burger place. And the breakfast, though lacking French bread, was a good start to the day.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, making it difficult to find a place to sit.

Nothing, noisy and very smelly. Room 5 backed onto vending machines that were used throughout the night, not allowing much sleep.Room 5 stank of cigarette smoke from repetative smoking, not a one off smoker the night before, it was like sleeping in an ashtray.Guests showed no consideration of people trying to sleep, a cheap hotel offering a low class standard, one of tbe worst hotels I have ever stayed in ever & I have als used a number of Prem. Classe Hotels before. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
